Standard deliveries:

  • Standard dispatch time on available products is 2-5 working days provided that NBA Africa Store has such items in stock. Goods will only be shipped once the order has been paid for in full.
  • If an order includes a personalised item, this may lengthen the dispatch time of your order, regardless of which delivery service is selected.
  • Delivery fee varies by country and the delivery fee will be displayed on check out.
  • Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address and will be displayed on checkout.
  • NBA Africa Store uses DHL Express as it’s trusted international courier.
  • It is the customer’s duty to ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
  • NBA Africa Store accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details or if an unauthorised person at the delivery address accepts delivery of the order.
  • If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Customs and Duty

  • Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the South Africa and may incur duty and other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and NBA Africa Store will not accept liability for any such costs. Should you fail to pay for duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges, your order will not be refunded.
  • NBA Africa Store are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery, there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Undelivered Packages

  • Should a package return to us as undelivered, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for redelivery.

Order Processing

  • Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges Policy for Website Purchases Only

Returns Policy:

  • You can return your merchandise up to 7 days from the date of dispatch of your package.
  • In order for a refund to be considered the goods must be in its original condition undamaged and unworn with all relevant packaging still intact and undamaged.
  • It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. A valid RA number must be requested from with full details on why you would like to return or exchange the item. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the customer.
  • In the event of a return due to customer fault i.e incorrect size or colour ordered; the customer will be fully liable for fees incurred for the return. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the customer.
  • In the event of a return due to NBA Africa Store negligence, NBA Africa Store will cover full shipping fees incurred.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent from to notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Once receipt and acceptance of the goods NBA Africa Store will make reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if a replacement is not possible NBA Africa Store will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery cost within 7 Days of return.
  • We do not accept returns on Caps/Socks/Underwear/Tech & Sales Items.

Important Information:

  • Personalised items are non-returnable. A refund will only be permitted if the garment is faulty, damaged before delivery or incorrect. We accept no responsibility once a replica shirt or short has been printed, if a player leaves the team and/or their team number changes, or if the badge changes in the future.

Return packing:

  • A waybill will be emailed for the customer to print and the DHL courier driver will provide a flyer bag to package. Please ensure that the flyer bag is sealed and waybill is securely attached.

Once the item is returned, inspected and approved by the online team the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Eligible for cash / credit card credit – If an item has factory defects (such as sewing defects) or if the incorrect item was delivered.
  • Eligible for store credit – Change of size or change of mind. Store Credit may be redeemed through and NBA Africa Store only.

Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw:

  • Any product returned must have been purchased from only.
  • It is recommended that you insure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until eCommerce receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
  • A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection. The product must have the original packaging included (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox) as well.
  • Returns do not include shipping postage. If order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
  • All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  • No Counterfeit Products.

Guidelines for returns:

All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Return is outside of the return policy.

  • Item appears worn, washed or used.

  • Item is non-returnable (All Trading Cards, Encapsulated, Loose, or Boxed – No Exclusions, games used, vintage, customized and personalized items cannot be returned).
  • Item was damaged after delivery.
  • Item is altered.
  • Item is returned with holes.
  • Item is stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.).
  • Item is returned without attached tags, manufacturer’s tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received.

Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item

  • All damaged or defective product must be reported within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. If we are notified of your damaged item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

If you are reporting a damaged or defective item, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us and let us know of your issue. Be sure to have your order number ready.
  • If possible, the customer service representative will replace your item immediately. If you prefer a refund, the item will need to be returned to us first and your refund will be processed upon receipt of the product.

Return Timeframe

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-10 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Please note the below.

  • Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped outside South Africa. For use of this label, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your credit you’ll be receiving. If the return is our fault, we’ll cover this charge.

  • Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase.
  • If items are returned after our 90 days return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A refund will not be credited to your account.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) (“ERRONEOUS RETURN”). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.

Payment Options and Pricing

The Merchant Outlet Country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. All transactions will be processed in US Dollars.
