How do I order online?
Start shopping by browsing through the catalogue and clicking on a product to be redirected to its page for more details.
Product details, additional photos, and sizing options can be found on the product page. Click on the “Size” of your choice on the selected product and input the desired quantity for ordering. You can also change the quantity of your order from this page. Once you’ve decided on a size, click on “Add to Cart” button to add it to your shopping cart.
To view and edit the items inside the cart, click the shopping cart icon seen in the lower right corner of the page.
By clicking the “Checkout now” button, you will be transferred to the Checkout page where you’ll be required to input your contact details and delivery information.
Delivery details, shipping methods, payment methods and the order summary can be seen on this page. Customer details including the shipping address will be required to be filled out in the Checkout page to place and order. Please read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order.
Review all inputted details. Once done, click “Place Order / Proceed to Paygate” to complete the order.
Once the order has been placed, an invoice consisting of the order details will be sent to the inputted email address. Tracking number will be sent to the inputted email address once your order has been shipped.

NBA Africa Store uses Fastway couriers for local deliveries.
Where do you ship your items to?
NBASTORE.AFRICA can ship to Angola, Botswana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, the Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
What are your shipping rates?
South Africa – Free delivery to anywhere in South Africa on orders R500 and over. Any orders under R500 will include a shipping fee of R100
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
South Africa – Standard dispatch time on available products is 2-5 working days provided that NBA Africa Store has such items in stock. Goods will only be shipped once the order has been paid for in full.
If an order includes a personalised item, this may lengthen the despatch time of your order, regardless of which delivery service is selected.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched to the courier.
South Africa – Orders can be tracked by clicking “Track Order” on the NBA Africa Store homepage.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders must amount to a total of R500 or more to avail of the free shipping nationwide. This will be automatically applied upon checkout.
Sales, Returns, and Exchange Policies
All items sold on NBASTORE.AFRICA go through quality control procedures. Every item is thoroughly inspected before, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.
Items returned to NBASTORE.AFRICA will be processed within 7-10 business days from the time the package is received by the warehouse. A dated sales invoice is required to process the claim. Sales Invoice must include valid date, name or style number of product and purchase price.
Upon completion of the inspection process, a NBASTORE.AFRICA representative will provide the results of the product claim through email.
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of the item with other items for sale in NBASTORE.AFRICA. The shipping fee for the original item will not be refunded and the shipping fees off R99 for the new item and the item to be exchanged will be shouldered by the buyer.
How do I return/exchange an item?
The goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase – A valid RA number must be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org with full details on why you would like to return or exchange the item.
Make the return/exchange request through our customer service team by emailing email@example.com with the complete item details (Name, email used for the order, order number, item, photos of the item). Customer may be asked for more photos of the item.
Customer must keep the original invoice and original packaging and swingtags of the item completely intact.
Once approved for a return/exchange, customer service will inform the customer steps on how to return the item. Method and costs associated with the return and exchange depends on the reason for return/exchange.
Can I return items bought on Sale?
Unfortunately, items bought on sale or any discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Once my item is returned and inspected and approved by the warehouse team, how will I get refund?
Once approved by the warehouse team, the support team will be informed and the value of the item will be refunded to the payment method used.
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
Processing of the refund may take 1 to 2 weeks from the time the item being returned is received by the warehouse. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the item to be returned to the warehouse will be shouldered by the buyer.
Guidelines for Product Returns for Material and Workmanship Flaw
Any product returned must have been purchased from NBASTORE.AFRICA only.
It is recommended to ensure the return shipment as the customer is under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until the warehouse receives the package. In case of dispute, it is also recommended for the customer to retain proof of sending.
A dated sales invoice must be returned with the product claim to receive inspection. Product must have the original packaging included as well.
Returns do not include shipping postage. If order is refused, the customer will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage incurred.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
No Counterfeit Products.
If the product claim is approved, a product replacement (same or comparable style) OR Online Store Credit voucher for use at NBASTORE.AFRICA only at the sole discretion of NBA Store Africa will be issued. Product replacement OR Online Store Credit voucher will be delivered within 7 working days from the time the customer has been contacted by a NBASTORE.AFRICA representative.
The following will NOT be accepted:
Any footwear returns that arrive more than 2 years after the manufacturing date (found on the tag inside of the shoe) will be returned without inspection
Products NBA Store Africa determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws
Products evidencing excessive wear, misuse or alteration
Products that do not have an accompanying dated sales invoice
Products without the original packaging (such as Nike transparent apparel bag, Nike shoebox, etc.)
Salesman samples or Promotional products
Product with the labels removed
Inspections and Store Credit Redemption
If the product is deemed to have a material or manufacturing flaw, Online Store Credit voucher for the suggested retail value of that product will be issued, to be used at NBASTORE.AFRICA only.
Products that DO NOT pass NBA Store Africa’s inspection process will either be returned to the customer at customers expense with an explanation
Denied product that is returned back to NBA Store Africa under a new product claim will be recycled without compensation.
If a Store Credit is issued, the returned items will be recycled.
Online Store Credit may be redeemed through NBASTORE.Africa only.
Online Store Credit is non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Online Store Credit cannot be used to purchase NBA Store Africa Gift Cards.
Online Store Credit value will equal NBASTORE.AFRICA’s suggested retail price / discounted price of the item/s returned.
Upon Online Store Credit redemption, the order total will include the price of the product(s), any applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid for by cash or credit card or any online payment gateway.
NBA Store Africa reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued online Store Credit vouchers that are associated with a violation of its policies.
NBA Store Africa reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. In addition, NBA Store Africa reserves the right to void any online Store Credit Vouchers and/or recycle products associated with previous fraudulent or abuse of the claim process.
NBA Store Africa is not responsible for lost or stolen product that has been denied and returned to the customer.

Policy for Product Exchanges and Refunds
Items should be returned unused, and with all NBASTORE.AFRICA and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, hang tags, dust bags should be included with the return. Full packaging must be included with the return.
All items returned should have a sales invoice. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender at customers cost.
Defective or damaged items will be replaced by NBASTORE.AFRICA without any further cost to the buyer. NBASTORE.AFRICA will evaluate each case to certify that the items in question are truly defective.
Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
